These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, booking system, and SMS services provided by Blacklist Ink Tattoo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 506 S. Main St, Joplin, MO 64801 . Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or opting into SMS messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (417) 782-2500. After you send the SMS Message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. if you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book appointments or receive services. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all tattoo/piercing services. We comply with Missouri Office of Tattooing, Body Piercing & Branding regulations.
3. Appointment Booking and SMS Services
• Appointments are scheduled via our website, phone, or in person.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $100 or 20% is required to hold your appointment and will be applied to the final cost.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be made at least 48-72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or fees.
• SMS Services: By opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling messages. Message & data rates may apply. Opt out anytime by replying STOP.
4. Payments and Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing and policies.
5. Health and Service Disclaimers
Tattoos and piercings involve inherent risks. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction if aftercare is not followed. Consult a physician if you have medical conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Jasper County, Missouri.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
